Refunds

Version: 1.0, effective from 7 November 2026.

Who issues refunds

Payments for packages are accepted by Paddle.com Market Limited (for buyers in the United States, Paddle.com Inc.) as Merchant of Record, so refunds are also made by Paddle. The payment is refunded to the method you used to pay. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to refunds.

When you can get a refund

You can change your mind and get a refund for a package within 14 days of the day you bought it. If none of the package’s units have been used, the whole payment is refunded. If the package has been partly used, the payment is refunded in proportion to the unused units.

A refund concerns the payment for a package, not a validity period that has passed or units that have expired. Units covered by a refund are removed from the package. Deductions of units and the difference (see the Terms of Use) are not payments, so they do not lead to a refund.

How to request a refund

Write to support@pythoncourse.me and include:

  • the email address you used to buy the package;
  • the date of purchase;
  • what happened.

We forward your request to Paddle, because it is Paddle that makes refunds.

Timing

A refund request must be sent within 14 days of the day you bought the package. We assess a request by the date we received it. We pass it to Paddle within 5 working days. How soon the money reaches you depends on your payment method and your bank.
